Flange Protection Discs

Flange protection discs which are simple and cost effective. We manufacture these products from corrugated polypropylene.

We have designed these flange protectors to cover the entire face including bolt holes on 150lbs, 300lbs, 600lbs and 900lbs ranges. Special sizes are also available on request.

You fit the flange protection discs to the flange using standard cable ties through the bolt holes. As a result, the end user can remove the protector very easily.

Due to their flush fit, they protect well against dirt and dust ingress. In addition, they are used for masking purposes when finishing.

The flange protectors are reusable for a number of times, and the low material is widely recyclable.
